Worship

These are Contemporary Worship Songs we use at Church, or have used in the past when we were "Jesus People" etc.

This is "What a Beautiful Name". Usually the lead is a female, so I might sound a bit rough compared to the popular version(s) recorded by Hillsong Worship. I love this powerful song!

Chris Tomlin's "How Great Is Our God!" Sing with me!

Here's my rendition of Good Good Father, a worship song written by Chris Tomlin.

This is an original worship song, written by me in 2009. It's a simple love song to Jesus, entitled "The Ending of the Night".

This is a worship song we use at Church, called "You Are God Alone". written by Billy and Cindy Foote.

Author unknown, this is "There is None Like You", one of my personal favorite Church and Bible Study worship songs.

This song is called "Revelation Song" and although copyrighted is in general use in Worship all over the country. It was composed and originally recorded by Phillips, Craig and Dean. It's a simple 4-chord circle (D, Am, C [I add a 9th] & G).

I'm coming back to the Heart of Worship, and it's all about You - It's all about You Jesus!

Here's Psalm 5 - "Give ear to my words O Lord".  In this time, with the spread of the COVID 19 virus, we need Him more than ever!

"The More I Seek You", a song we frequently use at Mosaic for worship. Esther Davis, our Worship leader, and I trade off doing lead vocals on this tune. When we do it solo, her vocals are far superior to mine - but when we do it in the Mosaic Band, it evens out because the backup singers carry me through. This is a wonderful worship song, and I always picture John leaning on Jesus' breast at the last supper.

A Worship song we use frequently at Mosaic Church, this tune is called Amazing Grace - My Chains are Gone.

Here is another Worship classic I learned when plating in the City Church worship band way back in 1999 or 2000. I love the message of this song, which is called "Eagles Wings"

10000 Reasons is a classic, lovely Praise and Worship song from Matt Redmon. My version is, of course, a little rougher - but we do enjoy Praising our Savior!

Create in me a clean heart O God! Psalm 51:10 - One of my favorite old Worship songs. We've used it for decades.

This is a sweet old Worship song that we have used for decades at Prayer meetings and Bible studies. It's a very, very simple 3-chord thing but with the most powerful message in the universe. The name is "Jesus".

This is Psalm 121, I will lift up my eyes unto the hills -- Where does our help come from?

Based on John 14:27, where Jesus promises a peace that passes our understanding - a peace that the world cannot give.
